  1. This promotion is brought to you by Sony Market Development MEA FZCO whose registered office is in Eden Square 7th Floor, Westlands Road, Nairobi. By participating in this promotion you acceptance these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which have been mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
    By participating in this promotion, you consent to the data practices described in the AIfluence’s Internal Data Privacy Standard and Cookie Policy (collectively Data Rules) as well as our Offer Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any part of the Data Rules, then you should stop participating in this promotion. It is important that you read the Data Rules so that you are fully aware of how and why AIfluence is using your personal data.
  2. This offer is to reward Sony Customers upon purchase, within the offer period 22nd November 2021 to the 31st December 2021(“Offer Period”) for Sony 4K Android/Google TV and/or Sony Sound Bar and/or selected models of Sony Headphones and/or selected models of Sony Bluetooth speakers as specified in Table 1 (“Qualifying Sony Products”).
  3. The customer can receive their reward, only if the customer:
    a.) Purchases Sony Products from Anisuma Outlets, designated participating dealers, electronic shops, Safaricom outlets and Supermarkets within the borders of Kenya within Offer Period,
    b.) Follows all the steps in “HOW TO REDEEM” section and
    c.) Provides a Safaricom line to which airtime will be transferred, to in cases where the gift is airtime.
  4. Please note that nothing other than a clear picture of the receipt uploaded on the website clearly showing the name of the outlets, product bought, and date of purchase will be considered for the offer.
  5. Other terms:
    a.) If customer purchased multiple Sony 4K Android/Google TVs, Sony Sound Bars, Sony Headphones and Sony Bluetooth Speakers, he/she can upload multiple Receipts or a single receipt. Each product bought will be awarded the corresponding gift as per the Table 1 below.
    b.) The Gifts/ Airtime cannot be exchanged for cash nor sold or transferred to someone else whether for value or not.
    c.) This offer for gifts and Airtime is for end user customers only, wholesale purchases or products bought for resale do not qualify.
    d.) For clarity, Qualifying Sony Products must have been purchased within the Offer Period. Qualifying Sony Products bought before or after the Offer Period will not qualify and can’t claim Gift or Airtime. Sony reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time for any reason without notice. Sony shall not be responsible for validity, performance or any other things related to the Safaricom Airtime. Usage and data services of the Airtime will be subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider once received. Sony will not assume liability of any matters arising from the usage of the said airtime.
